Blue Goose Vineyards

The Blue Goose is located in the beautiful valley of the Great Smoky Mountains. With a true Appalachian philosophy of farm-to-table, everything we put into our product is 100% ours. We are a family with five generations of farmers with a wealth of local techniques, and decided to venture into the art of winemaking. Your visit will always start and end with a smile, because we love what we do.  Not only do we have two growing operations, but we also have livestock… which we’re constantly confusing as pets. Be sure you get a chance to walk around the property during your visit, because you may have come for the wine, but you’ll leave with a newfound friend in our pastures. 

​Our tasting room is located in a classic barn shaped building that was previously used as the farm’s orchard barn. We have maintained the rustic feel of the building during its renovation, so you can feel cozy and relaxed while tasting our wines. Our gift shop carries a variety of wine accessories and hand crafted items from both local and regional artists.  Stop by before your next gift-giving occasion for a truly unique item from our gift shop.
